Stratum Six LLC ("Stratum Six," "we," "us") is an AI advisory and implementation firm based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through stratumsix.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, how we handle it, and the rights you have. Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need. We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
What we collect and why
Information you send through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you enter: your first and last name, title, company, phone number, email address, the date field, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to manage that business relationship. Submissions are delivered to our business email inbox.
Correspondence
If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we have a record of the conversation if you contact us again.
Technical information
When you visit the Site, our hosting and security provider automatically processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and protect it from abuse and automated attacks. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. It stores a single setting in your browser, your light or dark display preference, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. If our security provider needs to confirm that a visitor is not an automated program, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
When we disclose your information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:
- Cloudflare: domain registration, DNS, website hosting, content delivery, and security.
- Resend: delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace: business email.
We may also disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order; when necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or threats to the security of the Site or to any person; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
Your rights
Wherever you live, we will honor the following requests, subject to the limits of applicable law:
- Right to know and access: ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Right to correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
- Right to erasure: ask us to delete your personal information.
- Right to restrict or object: ask us to limit or stop our use of your information.
- Right to portability: receive your information in a common electronic format.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To make a request, send us a message through the contact form and say that it is a privacy request. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity first, for example by confirming the email address you used to contact us. You may also have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf, with proof of that authority. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your contact information based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you send us, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How we secure your information
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to contact-form submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain any resulting business relationship. After that, we keep them only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting, or record-keeping purposes, and then delete them.
Location of the Site and data
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, send us a message through the contact form or write to Stratum Six LLC, Miami, Florida.
